That's the problem.  Sigh, I don't know what to do.., cause if I left
out the fix, people would complain about keyboard lockups, and if
I put the fix in, people complain about keyboard lockups.  I wish
someone would go fix the stupid keyboard code, once and for all
(I understand Bill did this already, but I haven't seen any bits
 on this end.)
