Just get the current XFree86 from agate (or other ftp sites).  There's really
nothing to build (unless you really want to) and the README's are quite
complete.  I had mine up and running rather quickly.  One note: don't be
scared off by a file that goes into a great deal of detail on how to set up
your vga card in Xconfig -- it is apparently a hold over from early releases.
The Xconfig that is distributed will *most-likely* have clock settings, etc.
that will work for your board - (if it's one of the supported ones, of course ;)
