DRIVE: Wangtek 5150 ES (no OEM information) [ currently set to
ID 4 no terminators attached]

CONTR: Adaptex 1542B as configured from Adaptec
OS: 386bsd with standard patchkit 0.1+ more patches .  
Description: The drive is recongised when accessed but will give 
scsi extended error 0x8 reading fsbn0-19 
It is seems to be writting but cannot check it. It CANNOT read back
Required: Some information on tghe correct hardware set up of both the
drive and controller.
