Well, I suppose I'll add my vote here too.  I was really looking
forward to the 0.2 release, which I was hoping would consolidate all
the zillion bug fixes and "unofficial" patches that are running
around.  I really want to run 386BSD but I can't make it into my only
hobby, which is what seems to be required to keep up with the patches.

I don't think *any* major changes to interfaces or internal algorithms
should be made until *after* a release with the number 1.0 on it.

Just my $0.02...
