Greetings,
I'd like to have a TCP/IP connection between a PC and a Sparc via a serial
line. Recently, I've been reading about PPP/SLIP and come to a conclusion
that with PPP/SLIP, the connection has to be dialed up.

Is it correct? Or, can I use PPP/SLIP via a null modem cable?

Thanks for your information,
Hans.
