Is there a shell program available somewhere for 386 bsd that is like sh
or csh in a restricted mode? Where the user can't change directories and
roam all over the system and other good security stuff like that?

If so, where can I ftp it from and is there a version already perfected
for 386 bsd? (I'm not too skilled in compiling and tweaking under unix)
