Nobody does.  It is free, and is therefore one of the best ones out there.
(Besides the fact that it works great.)

The authors request that you make a donation to charity (the "CAREWARE"
system) and you can read about that in the INSTALL.NOTES document.

Ftp yours from agate.berkeley.edu in /pub/386BSD and quit spending money
on what you can get for nothing.
