Is there a bug fix or patch kit for the vi editor that comes with the
distribution?  I have experienced a couple bugs or inconsistencies.

For example, insert at the first char of a line and then hit return...
the line would appear to have been deleted.

Sorry if this is common knowledge, I did not see anything in a recent
faq.
