It is just to inform users of 386bsd that tin newsreader can be compiled
and run on a 386bsd using option NNTP_ONLY in the bsd target ,
 and just run "make bsd".

add file /etc/nntpserver, the host name of your news server, which also must
be in the hosts file.

I'm trying to get some name server functioning. Can't get it to work and I
believe this is the reason why mails do not work across hosts.
