Hello,

  Is your SCSI card equipped with the adaptec 1540 chip? I beleive
is it the ONLY chip that te device driver recognises.
  If so, check in the documentation if the card is configured for
port 0x330, irg 11 and dma ch 5.
  You 'll get an as0 line during boot if the card is recognised.

The npx line is your coprocessor!
