Everything was fine, and I got a xterm (this was what I have been expected according to the man pages), but when I tried to move my Genius LcMouse, the mouse cursor didn't respond at all. The xterm works fine. Then, I tried changing the mouse setups in Xconfig with the keywords like logitech, mircosoft, etc... but nothing makes the mouse responds. Here is my system's configurations: 386DX 40MHz, (Cyrix MathCo on order) :-) 4M RAM, (will upgrade soon) :->> Trident 8900c graphics card, Seiko CM1450 Monitor, Genius LcMouse attached on com1. I set the mouse port in Xconfig as "/dev/com1", since I know it has the same irq number as on MS-DOS and on 386BSD, and besides I couldn't find com0 in "/dev/". But I'm not sure about the baud (9600??) and sample rates. The mouse has been tested under MS-DOS 5.0, and it works fine; And it's supposed to be a Microsoft compatible. Thanks for reading!
