Subject: [386BSD] adaptek 1740-series support?
Message-ID: <1993Feb11.210731.27195@bert.eecs.uic.edu>
Summary: does 386BSD support the adaptek EISA controller?
Keywords: EISA SCSI 386BSD

i'm interested in using 386BSD for a doctoral dissertation project
concerning low-level operation sorting for optimal throughput to
a scsi disk.

so ... two questions emerge:

1.) has anyone successfully brought 386BSD up in an all-EISA
intel-8000 machine?

2.) specifically, has anyone successfully used the adaptek 1740
series ( EISA ) boards for this?

thanks in advance for your help.
