Are the sources available for the install/extract programs distributed
on the Tiny 386BSD floppy?

I'm particularly interested in building a version of install capable of
installing everything on the second disk - better than the current options
of needing a small partition on the primary disk to install to or the
hassle of a manual installation.

If anyone has a version of install which already does this, I'd of course
be very interested (I have one IDE disk and one SCSI disk).
