Yes, it is possible. Get a third port, re-jumper it so you don't get
ioport or irq conflicts, attach it to your computer. Re-compile kernel
(if you are talking about 386bsd, simply add the definition to your
configuration file)

BTW I'm running four serial lines plus two (irq-less) parallel lines on my
computer...
