I have a modified version of larry wall's perl passwd replacement
program which I cannot test with tainperl since I cannot compile
taintperl. I spent much time modifying it in several ways to work
with 386bsd (and other OS's). If anyone is root on a machine
with taintperl, and would like to try this program out, mail me.
I have not tested it without crypt(3); I recomiled my perl program
to use it. It seems to work fine for me, but I am not sure it is
secure. I couldn't get it to flock() right though. Any interested
ppl? The diffs are 17k so I decided not to post it.
