Part 4 fails on one simple, glaring error. The analogy to music and 'derived
work' *IS EXPLICITLY DELT WITH IN THE LICENCE TERMS*.

These *REQUIRE* that derived works be made freely available.

The other point, since when have the Jolitezs been cited in the suit.

I find it a little strange that this 'offer to settle' is 'independently put
forward by an ex unix os developer.

PS. Just a small detqil, don't you think Novell/USL might be a little pissed
of at the idea of their money going to AT&T as settlement? :-)
