Yep, this is it exactly.  I stopped cogitating after:

and supplied "cast" myself.  Psychologically, this is a bad place for
a line break to occur.

And they are email-ack'ed.  This is why I made the assumption I did -- that
it was a tally, not a "group ack", since the votes had already been ack'ed.
