It is clear that the distributed XS3 is slower than yours...

I am going to leave alone the speculations of how fast XS3 is going to be till
I get a 928 board and I finish my work here.. Hope no one objects to this.

On a different topic, Actix's 805 VLB has the same problem as my other
board, it can't switch to Linear Mode. S3's nice example to switch
the card to Linear Mode  under DOS froze my system. According to S3,
it did work on a local bus system...

Also, my Actix 805 VLB card seems to be slower than my Actix 801 ISA card.
