Okay, I finally got things to boot (now I can go get the rest of the system)
What I had to do:
	Disable external cache
Set cold-boot delay to 1 second or greater

While I am glad I can get it to work, this is somewhat annoying that I have to
disable the cache. Also, I would like to know _why_ these were problems?
